The theme for MOE ExCEL Fest 2012 is 'Nurturing the Whole Child, Opportunities for All'. In recognising the diverse and complex needs of our students, MOE continues to dedicate focus on promoting student-centric education that supports the development of the whole child. With values, socio-emotional competencies and character development at the centre, we provide holistic education within a collaborative environment, in partnership with parents and the community.
